I wanted to give a huge shout out to Lisa Creager Adams! I participated in a a zoom mentoring session with her last spring. I wanted to learn more about IPS, and was ready to change my session packages as well. I have been in business for over 12 years and although my business is thriving, I was ready to take it up a notch. I was weary of IPS as most of you have business lives, mine is no exception. I thought, Oh, I don't have any more time or I don't have a studio, yada, yada. Working with Lisa, just really gave me the confidence to move my business forward to where I felt it needed to go. I wanted to provide a full service experience. As well as increase my profits. And I am happy to say that has happened. Lisa really took the time to look at my current pricing structure, what I wanted to achieve and provide me with so solid changes to achieve my goals. My senior session is over for now for the class of 2022 and I am happy to say that I had 4 less seniors from last year and was able to double my product sales this year from last session. Yes work less get paid more! I am so happy to see how thing are progressing for my business. Lisa and I recapped the season this week to talk about what worked well and what I felt needed a few tweaks. I left out call with some action items, a new friend and some great thanksgiving recipes. Just wanted to share my experience mentoring on pricing with Lisa. I used to offer al la carte items only, with way too many choices for my clients. My pricing layout was very overwhelming. I completely overhauled my pricing layout and options, and added collections. My first IPS with the new pricing structure went perfect! They selected my middle package which is priced at $2000, and is the goal for all sessions. Since then I have had two more sales with the same results. If you are still stuck in the "My clients only want digital phase," you should take a look at Lisa's mentoring. I can assure you, your clients want more than just a digital file.
